New Online Matching

We updated the format of our puppy matching process to try to make it easier for our families to apply to be matched with a puppy or adult dog.

Currently, in order to be able to send you a copy of your application, it is requiring you to give a valid email address and collecting that information in order to send you your application copy. If you prefer not to use the new form, we can send you a copy of a PDF of the questions.

Hopefully this will make it easier for you to join our waitlist and be matched with the perfect puppy!
