Agility is a bit like a mixture of an obstacle course and gymnastics for dogs. Dogs need to be fast and agile, but also accurate and able to stop and wait during the course.

Dogs start in agility as adults, and can continue to compete until old age because there are so many options in Agility. It's a sport that can keep you and your dog busy for years.
